What do I get in my Glamourbox?

You'll receive a curated box with at least four to five deluxe or full-sized samples from a wide range of brands—popular, indie, niche and cult brands. There will be a different mix of beauty products, ranging from make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and bath & body products.


What is the cost of a Glamourbox?

The cost of the regular Glamourbox is Php 595 for each box. We also do special edition boxes which may vary in pricing depening on the value of the products in the box.


When do subscriptions open?

We will make an announcement one to two weeks before we open subscriptions. Dates may vary depending on the availability of samples. Glamourbox wants to provide you with only the best samples.


When will my Glamourbox be sent?

Shipment date is specified when the subscription opens. Boxes will be sent via courier and will arrive at your doorstep in 2-3 days for areas within Metro Manila and 3-4 days for provincial addresses.


How do I find out about the status of my box or product order?

On your “My Account” page, you will find “Order History” and you will see the status of your order. Should your box not arrive within a few days after you have placed an order, kindly contact us and we will verify the delivery status with our courier.


Will you tell me the contents of my Glamourbox?

The content of your Glamourbox is a surprise! We are scouring the globe to bring you the best products out there!


Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel a Glamourbox or product order and item has been paid but not yet been shipped, please notify us asap and we will do our best to take care of it. We process and ship your order within 48 hours after purchase is made. You may email us at at customer@glamourbox.ph.


What is your return policy?

Returns are reviewed on a per order basis. We reserve the right to accept or deny returns depending on the circumstances. In addtion, only products that are ordered within 15 days, unopened and unused by customer will be accepted.


How do I earn Glampoints?

You earn points by referring a friend to our site. For every successful refereral you make, you earn points that is equivalent to a P200 voucher. You may click on “Referral Program” on your “My Account” page for more details.

Another easy way to earn Glampoints is by shopping! For every P1000 spent, you earn 100 points which may be converted into a P10 voucher.


How do I convert my Glampoints into a voucher?

Check “My Account” page and click on “My Glampoints” where you will find a button that will allow you to redeem a voucher. The value of the voucher will be indicated. Once redeemed, you will find your voucher code on “My Vouchers” and it will be valid for 6 months. Enjoy the discount!


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments with PayPal. We also accept bank deposits, online transfers, Gcash and payments through accredited payment centers through Dragonpay.


Do you ship nationwide?

Glamourbox is available to all residents of the Philippines. We ship boxes nationwide.
